ARTS & CRAFTS FAIR COMMITTEE
The purpose of this committee is to promote, manage, coordinate, and supervise the Annual Arts & Crafts Fair in cooperation with the General Manager.

ELECTIONS COMMITTEE

The purpose of this committee is to conduct the annual election of the Board of Directors of the Association and all other Association elections that occur. This includes the initial request for candidates, selection of those candidates, all mailing of materials, administering the election process, and reporting the results.
GROUNDS COMMITTEE

The purpose of this committee is to observe the ongoing condition of all real property owned by the Association and make recommendations to the Board and the General Manager regarding all related matters.
LONG-RANGE PLANNING COMMITTEE
The purpose of this committee is to consider the future (more than one year in advance) direction and needs of the Michaywé Community, and to make recommendations to the Board of Directors.
OPAL LAKE PARK COMMITTEE

The Opal Lake Park Committee is responsible for the general maintenance and improvements made to the buildings, equipment, and grounds at Opal Lake Park. A major effort is the Annual Spring clean-up held prior to opening, which includes: removing limbs, trash and raking the grounds; cleaning the deck and beach area; check grills and beach equipment, make needed repairs; and place floats designating the swim area.
RESTRICTIONS COMPLIANCE COMMITTEE

The purpose of this committee is to identify MOA Deed Restrictions violations and establish a program for enforcement.
ROADS COMMITTEE

The purpose of this committee is to identify problems with Michaywé roads and develop solutions by proactively working with the Otsego County Road Commission, the local township governments, the Michaywé Board, and Michaywé Members.
SITE DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE

The purpose of this committee is to review site plans, building plans and specifications for new construction or additions to existing structures using the Master Deed Restrictions and the MOA Building Manual to evaluate plans submitted for approval.
SOCIAL COMMITTEE

The purpose of this committee is to work within the community to coordinate the various social activities, which (a) function in the name of the Association, (b) use the facilities owned by the Association, and/or (c) require financial support, either directly or indirectly, from the Association.
