Blended seasonal greens with red and yellow pear tomatoes, toasted
Pine nuts, blended forest mushrooms, accompanied with bleu cheese Morel fritters. Served with a creamy wild mushroom dressing

Morel Encrusted Pork Loin Duet
Morel encrusted pork loin filled with pork tender loin and a wild mushroom stuffing. Topped with a Morel and Hayes Ranch Merlot reduction. Served with fresh Asparagus and a wild mushroom Arborio.
Dessert
Summer Berry Layer Cake
Buttery crust topped with layers of vibrant raspberry jam, moist white cake, white chocolate cheese and stripes of tangy key lime curd scattered with raspberries and blueberries, then layered with key lime white filling and a mixed berry white cake layer. Finished with a rich white filling and white chocolate drizzle.
