Seafood Alfredo ~ Shrimp, scallops and salmon served over tri-colored fettuccini with a rich alfredo sauce. Served with a garlic breadstick.

Parmesan Encrusted Whitefish ~ Half filet of whitefish encrusted in dijon mustard, panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, thyme and dill.

Hunters Chop ~ One center cut pork chop, pan seared with mushrooms, shallots, bacon, tomato and cracked pepper, with a homemade brandy skillet gravy. Served with vegetable and choice of potato.

Liver & Onions ~ Premium calf liver lightly dusted and pan fried. Topped with bacon, onoins and gravy. Served with vegetable and choice of potato.

Pot Roast of Beef ~ House specialty, half order of tender braised chuck roast served over smashed reskin potatoes and topped with beff gravy, onions and carrots.

Ginger Citrus Cod ~ Two tender cod filets broiled and glazed in a ginger citrus sauce. served with vegetable and choice of potato.

Marinated Chicken Breast ~ Marinated and seasoned in a special house blend. Availible plain, blackened or smothered with mushrooms and swiss cheese. Served with vegetable and choice of potato.

Sirloin Steak ~ 6oz. Choice handcut sirloin seasoned and char-grilled to order. Served with vegetable and choice of potato.
